Bob Johnson is a truly exceptional realtor. One would be hard pressed to find someone more professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and dedicated. He expertly helped us find and buy a property in Seattle from out of state.
He found the perfect properties for our criteria and had the inside knowledge of ones that were about to come on the market. He had extensive personal knowledge of the area and the surrounding properties that you can only get from years of experience.
Bob handled the numerous issues that came along with a 1031 exchange from a property in California and parties in 3 different states. He superbly managed all aspects of the complex process. He was on top of everything.
He skillfully advocated for our best interests every step of the way and found creative solutions to problems that arose.
There were so many situations that almost caused the deal to derail, but Bob’s experience and expertise helped us get to closing. Having a realtor that we could really trust to handle everything was invaluable. His good humor and delightful personality made him a joy to work with as well.
He treated us like VIPs and we felt like we were his top priority, but I’m pretty sure that’s just the type of realtor he is and how everyone feels with him. He went over and above what a realtor typically does, even after the deal was closed. He genuinely cares and is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet.
